Monoclonal antibody specific to human neutrophil(s) - produced by new hybridoma cell line ATCC-HB-9445 derived from mouse spleen cells immunised with purified human granulocytes

A cell line is claimed, produced by a hybridoma technique, which produces a monoclonal antibody which binds specifically to the ID3 antigen of neutrophils. Monoclonal antibody is also claimed, which binds specifically to the ID3 antigen and is further characterised as not binding to human acute leukemia cells and other human peripheral blood cells and not binding significantly to granulocyte precursors in bone marrow.
