An eccentric mechanism mounted in a housing comprises a circular eccentric disc eccentrically attached to a second shaft extending into the housing concentrically with the main drive shaft. A second disc is rotatably mounted on the circular eccentric disc for relative rotational movement between the discs about the central axis of the circular eccentric disc. A rigid connection is attached to each one of the radially extending shafts, cooperatively engages the eccentric mechanism or imparts a swinging movement to each of the arms provided with grinding blocks, upon relative rotational movement between the main drive shaft and second shaft. The second disc is provided with a number of radially extending guiding channels corresponding to the number of shafts extending radially into the housing. The guiding channels slidably receive the rigid connection. The second disc is prevented from rotating w.r.t. the housing upon relative rotational movement between the main drive shaft and second shaft.
