AQUEOUS POLYURETHANE STOVING LACQUERSAND THE USE THEREOF FOR THE PRODUCTIONOF LACQUER FILMS AND COATINGSABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREThe present invention is directed to aqueousstoving lacquers containing pigments or fillers whereinthe binders are based on combinations of (a) polyure-thane prepolymers containing partly or completelyneutralized carboxyl groups and blocked isocyanategroups and (b) polyurethane prepolymers containing freehydroxyl groups and partly or completely neutralizedcarboxyl groups. The binder components are furthercharacterized by polyester and polyether segments, eachbeing present in amounts of greater than 10% by weight.The present invention is also directed to filmsand coatings prepared from these aqueous stovinglacquers.
