ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Monitoring device by the video-camera moving along the three axes of the space, under the effect of a compressed fluid, inside the conductive tube with longitudinally of at least one transparent observation window. The camera contained in a shell and whose optical axis is parallel to the tube axis, receives images through a two-sided mirror forming a dihedron whose vertical edge intersects the axis of optical, image and analyzed by the camera is transmitted to the central station by radio control. The invention can be used for monitoring local supermarket, as well as for monitoring and prevention on the road course.
