it is now possible to discriminate more sub populations of lymphocytes including t cell and b cell differentiation, identification and enumeration, and in order to obtain the sub populations using orange dye base 21 as supravital, m and to highlight the distinctive morphological differences between b cells.suppressor t cells, t cells and natural killer (nk) cells without the use of individual monocolonaux antibody for differentiation of each of these sub populations.differentiation, identification and enumeration of cells are described which can be performed by steps as well as absorption of white light by fluorescence or by sequential combinaissons individually.
