Recombinant Epstein-Barr virus membrane antigens are purified by steps adapted to a Vero cell expression system, including lectin-affinity chromatography on a lentil lectin column, and gel filtration chromatography.;Recombinant Epstein-Barr virus membrane antigens are also purified by steps adapted to a yeast expression system, including lectin-affinity chromatography on a lentil lectin column followed by anion exchange chromatography.;Recombinant Epstein-Barr virus membrane antigens are also purified by steps adapted to a mouse L cell expression system, including lectin-affinity chromatography on a lentil lectin column, followed by anion exchange and gel filtration chromatography.
