There is disclosed a system of modular elements, for making electrical panels, in particular low-voltage electrical panels, which comprises at least a module including a simple-column with top and bottom output terminal blocks, at least a module with a simple upright column and side terminal blocks, for modular electrical apparatus, with a direct coupling to the boxed-in switches, and at least a module in­cluding a double upright column, for boxed-in switches on a double row.
