The drain means (11) includes at least one element (13) which extends a distance into the bag (5) aligned with or around the outlet opening (3) and defines at least one passage (15) between the end (17) of the outlet open­ing of the at least one element (13) farthest from the out­let opening and the outlet opening (3) of the spout (1). The wall of the bag (5) which is opposite to the outlet opening (3) of the spout (1) is thus prevented from being sucked across the bag when the bag (5) is partly or al­most completely drained of liquid and, therefore, has collapsed. In this way the opposite wall of the bag does not cover the outlet opening (3) and prevent liquid flow therethrough.
