Double picture postcard - made with two layers, with upper one cut out to reveal second illustration beneath

The picture postcard is made in two layers (1,2) each carrying an illustration (A,B). The base layer (1) is in the form of a normal postcard, while the upper layer has a cut-out central section (5), leaving a margin to be glued to the base, and with a hinge (6) along one side to allow the resulting flap to be opened to reveal the illustration on the base layer. The upper layer can have two flaps instead of one, opening across the middle of the card, and it can have an aperture (7) which allows the base card to be seen. ADVANTAGE - Provides two pictures which can be sent as one card.
