The scraper-chain conveyor is for underground mines, and has strip-type reinforcing members on the outside of the profiled lateral sections of the trough lengths supporting the trough floor, and which are equipped with fixing devices for accessories. The bottom run is covered by plates extended at the working face beyond the trough to form a cutter slide rail. The cover plates are secured to the reinforcing members on both the working and rear sides, by means of fixing devices engaging with or passing through them.
