1. Slide device for closing or regulating the water current in drains, consisting of a sectional frame (1) and a plate (2) guided vertically in this frame ; the elevated profile (5) of the sectional frame being equipped with grooves cut in relief (9, 10), characterised in that the grooves (9) are set symmetrically to a plane that runs parallel to the plate (2) and where at least the cross-ribs (6, 6') intended for the upper connection of the elevated profile (5) are connected to the elevated profiles (5) by means of screws (15, 16) sunk into the grooves (9) transversally, and/or where the elevated profiles (5) are provided with axial bore holes (13) symmetrically at both sides of the grooves (9) ; whereby these bore holes are open towards the exterior extending over a small section of their circumference, and where the lower cross-ribs (7) of the sectional frame (1) are preferably connected to the elevated profiles (5) by means of screws (29) sunk into the bores (13) and/or cross-ribs (8) are connected to the elevated profiles (5) by means of connecting elements (26) set into the bores (13).
