Hollow waveguide characterised in that it has a hollow body of parallelepipedal general shape, constituted by two polished large faces in the form of metal strips forming the upper 17 and lower 18 walls which are kept at a constant spacing by means of lateral spacers 19 and 20 in order to form a propagation cavity, the guide being capable of being twisted and curved without significant distortion of the cross-section of the cavity over its entire length.
