Process for protecting the interior surfaces of containers for potable liquids, made of synthetic resins, consisting in spraying onto these surfaces, during the polymerisation period, an insulating layer of neutral particles, for example river sand, the said layer having the effect of preventing any possible spoiling of the taste of the liquid by one of the components of the synthetic resin.
