P An apparatus for increasing the energy of the flow of water in a shower nozzle, has an orifice 17 for the entry of air intended to provide ambient air, a water pipe intended to receive water from a water supply source and at least one stirring chamber 20 with possibility of fluid exchange with the water pipe 9 and the air inlet orifice 17 to receive water and air. The brewing chamber 20 at least one in number has a rear opening 100 of decreasing section in the direction of a front portion of reduced size so that the speed of the water entering the opening 100 is increased and that the air is mixed with the water inside the chamber 20 so as to produce a turbulent mixture of air and water. The device described above is entirely contained inside a shower head or is concretely produced in the form of an adapter device which can be installed between a water supply pipe and an apple conventional shower head. /P
