The invention relates to a copying apparatus which enables beginners to learn to form letters, arabesques and various kinds of patterns. It comprises a transparent plate 1, a variety of model boards 2, a support plate 3 with two rubber strips 4 bonded to its underside, and a system 5, 6 for holding the plates in place. Some of the most useful applications of the invention include its use by apprentice bakers learning to create borders, words, arabesques and a variety of patterns. IMAGE
