The present invention relates to diorganopolysiloxanes comprising, by molecule, at least one vinyl radical bonded directly to a silicon atom and at least one epoxy-functional organic radical having from 4 to 20 carbon atoms. / P P diorganopolysiloxanes can be prepared by polymerization in the presence of an alkaline catalyst, a cyclic or linear polydiorganosiloxane carrying, per molecule, at least one vinyl radical followed by the addition, after initiation of the polymerization, of a polydiorganosiloxane oligomer bearing from at least one epoxy-functional organic radical having from 2 to 20 carbon atoms. The diorganopolysiloxanes can be used in particular as an adhesion agent for a hot-vulcanizable silicone composition in the presence of an organic peroxide. / p P
