Complexes of the formula ##STR1## and salts thereof, whereinP Peach of X.sub.1 and X.sub.2 is independently -- NR.sub.1 R.sub.2, PP whereinPPR.sub.1 is hydrogen, C.sub.1- 4 alkyl or C.sub.2-4 alkyl monosubstituted by hydroxy or C.sub.1-4 - alkoxy, andPPR.sub.2 is hydrogen; C.sub.1- 10 alkyl; C.sub. 2-8 hydroxyalkyl; C.sub.2-8 dihydroxyalkyl the hydroxy groups of which are attached to different carbon atoms; C.sub.1-6 alkyl monosubstituted by halo, cyano, --OR.sub.3, (C.sub.1-4 alkyl)carbonyl, (C. sub.1-4 -alkoxy) carbonyl, sulfo or sulfato; phenyl; phenyl substituted by 1 or 2 substituents selected from halo, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy, acetamido and --SO.sub.2 --R.sub.4 ; phenyl(C.sub.1-4 alkyl); phenyl(C. sub.1-4 alkyl) the phenyl group of which is substituted by 1 or 2 substituents selected from halo, C.sub.1-4 -alkyl, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy, acetamido and --SO.sub.2 --R.sub.4 ; C.sub.5-6 cycloalkyl or C.sub.5-6 cycloalkyl substituted by 1 to 3 C.sub.1-4 alkyl groups,PP whereinPPR.sub.3 is C.sub.1-4 alkyl, C.sub.2-4 - hydroxyalkyl or (C.sub.1-4 -alkyl)carbonyl, andPPR.sub.4 is hydroxy, amino, C.sub.1-4 -alkyl or phenyl, orPP--NR. sub.1 R.sub.2 is an unsubstituted 5- or 6-membered saturated heterocyclic ring containing 1 or 2 further hetero atoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur or a 5- or 6-membered saturated heterocyclic ring containing 1 or 2 further hetero atoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur which is substituted by 1 to 3 C.sub.1-4 alkyl groups,P Pm is 1 or 2, andPPn is 0 or 1,PP with the proviso that m+n is 2 or 3,PPwith the proviso that one of the asterisked bonds is in the 1-position of the naphthalene ring and the other asterisked bond is in the 2-position, and mixtures thereof are useful for dyeing or printing hydroxy group- or nitrogen- containing organic substrates. e.g., textile material consisting of or containing cellulose fibers, which may be aftertreated with a polymeric polybasic amino compound.
