PURPOSE:To improve strength and facilitate execution by arranging steel reinforcements in the aslant direction and the horizontal direction and forming the outer shape into nearly octagonal form and forming the thickness from two layers. CONSTITUTION:As for a main reinforcement A, the both edges of a horizontal steel reinforcement are bent, keeping a certain inclination angle, and each of the angle and length of the inclined part at the right and left is made equal, and a plurality of said main reinforcements A are arranged so that the horizontal parts on a same plane are set parallel, keeping an certain interval. A plurality of auxiliary reinforcements B connecting the main reinforcements A are arranged on a same side surface for the main reinforcement A so as to cross with the main reinforcements A and are in the lateral symmetry from the center line of the horizontal part of the main reinforcement A. Two pieces of the arrangement of the main reinforcement A and auxiliary reinforcement B are connected by superposing the inclined parts of the main reinforcement A in the 180 deg. symmetry, and the outer shape is formed into nearly octagonal form, and the thickness is formed from two layers.
