PURPOSE:To efficiently squeeze oil and juice with an excellent quality state at and under a low temp. and low pressure without pretreating raw materials by treating the oil squeezed from plant seeds and the juice squeezed from animals and plants with the twin screw type extrusion oil and juice squeezing machine. CONSTITUTION:The plant seeds, such as sesames and rapeseed, and the animals and plants are supplied from a hopper into a barrel 4 by a feed pipe without subjecting these raw materials to the pretreatment, such as preheating, at the time of squeezing the oil and juice from these raw materials. Two pieces of screws 3 provided in parallel with each other are rotated in the same direction and are meshed with each other by a reduction gear unit and while the raw materials are moved forward by the forceful slips generated by the thread ridges thereof, the raw materials are ground and kneaded. The oil and juice are squeezed for the materials in the state of the min. friction force and compression force by the stopper effect of a reverse screw block 7. The oil and juice obtd. in such a manner are gathered from the slits of a bar 13 with horizontal slits through the meshes of the cage of the barrel 4 into a receiving trough and the squeezed oil layer is discharged from a die 9.
