Wherein in the formulas, R shows 1-6C hydrocarbon group and R1, R2 show 1-6C alkyl group. Thereby the adhesive properties of the layer of partial condensate of organic silicon compd. can be enhanced. Further the concn. of the hexafluorosilicic acid soln. is regulated to 0.1-20wt.% expressed in terms of SiF6. The adhesive properties are not enhanced in the concn. less than 0.1% and the rate for dissolving marble is made large in the concn. exceeding 20% and the surface of marble is made ununiform.
