PURPOSE:To rapidly recognize precise execution information by sending the range finding and angle measuring data of an object to be measured and the picture data of a video by a television camera for measurement to a small computer. CONSTITUTION:A telescope C follows the object to be measured whose direction is moved by the operations of stepping motors 11 and 13 based on the control signal of the telescope.
