AIRLESS SPRAY SYSTEM ROAD PARTITION PAINTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To make the width of a painting line constant and to keep safety and ease in case of washing of a device by providing a return value having a small hole to release a part of the paint to a discharge port or behind of an accumulator in case of excessive rising pressure. CONSTITUTION:A return valve 10 having a small hole to release a part of the high pressure paint is placed to a discharge pipe 7 of an accumulator 5 in case of pressure rising in such a time as closing and the like of a spray nozzle 9. After that, piping is so made that it is returned to a paint tank 1 through a return pipe 11. In case of starting, the return valve 10 is opened, and an airless pump 4 is operated to circulate paint, then after stabilizing a condition, the valve 10 is closed so as to jet the paint having constant pressure from the nozzle 9. According to the constitution, the width of a partition line can be uniformly painted.
