WIPER BLADE RUBBER FOR AUTOMOBILE AND SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enable uniform adhesion of a lubricant on the surface of wiper blade rubber and to improve wear characteristics by a method wherein a lubricant, e.g. graphite, and wiper blade are part in one bag, and the bag, filled with air rotated. CONSTITUTION:During surface processing of a wiper blade rubber 2, a lubricant 1 formed by graphite or molybdenum disulfide or a lubricant 1 on which preliminary treatment is applied in order to improve adhesion to the wiper blade rubber 2 and the wiper blade rubber 2 are contained in one bag 3. The bag 3 is filled with air for sealing. Subsequently, by rotating the sealed bag 3, the lubricant 1 is uniformly adhered throughout the whole of the surface of the wiper blade rubber 2. This method executes simple and safe and high-efficient surface treatment of the wiper blade rubber 2, resulting in improvement of wear characteristics of the wiper blade rubber 2.
