PRODUCTION OF TACKY ADHESIVE TAPE, TRANSFER APPARATUS OF TACKY ADHESIVE TAPE TO BE USED IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR REVERSING DIRECTION OF TACKY ADHESIVE TAPE

PURPOSE:To continuously produce a tacky adhesive tape having regular lamination order without necessitating rewinding procedure by laminating a releasing agent layer and a tacky adhesive layer on a tape substrate, transferring the tacky adhesive layer with a transfer roller and laminating with another laminate. CONSTITUTION:The objective tape is produced by (1) laminating a tape substrate 11, a releasing agent layer 12 and a tacky adhesive layer 13 in the order to obtain the 1st laminate 10A, (2) contacting the surface of the tacky adhesive layer 13 of the 1st laminate with a transfer roller 41 to transfer the tacky adhesive layer to the transfer roller and remove the tacky adhesive layer from the 1st laminate 10A, (3) contacting the other surface of the tape substrate of the obtained 2nd laminate 10B with the tacky adhesive layer transferred to the surface of the transfer roller without inverting the front and back surfaces of the laminate 10B and (4) winding the obtained 3rd laminate 10C composed of a tacky adhesive layer, a tape substrate and a releasing agent layer laminated in the order.
