PURPOSE:To eliminate a heat resistant layer and improve heat transfer efficiency by a method wherein a multitude of hair-type projecting bodies, swingable by the flow of heat transfer fluid and flexible, is established on a heat transfer surface contacting with the heat transfer fluid. CONSTITUTION:The movement of heat is generated by a method wherein heat transfer fluid A flows on the heat transfer surface 3 of a wall body 2, on which small diametral fibers 4 are flocked and the small diametral fibers 4 as well as the heat transfer surface 3 contribute together to the transfer of the heat. Good heat transfer performance is obtained by the fin effect of the small diametral fibers 4. The small diametral fibers 4, flocked on the heat transfer surface 3 of the rigid wall body 2, are soft and flexible and, therefore, they are swung by the flowing force of the flow 6 of the heat transfer fluid A and are laid on the heat transfer surface 3. When the flow speed of the flow 6 is changed due to the pulsation and the like of a driving source sending the heat transfer fluid A, restoring force is exerted by the recovering force of the small diametral fibers 4 going to stand up whereby the small diametral fibers 4 generate one kind of swinging phenomena. The flow 6 is disturbed near the heat transfer surface 3 by said bahavier and a heat resistant layer is eliminated whereby heat transfer efficiency from the heat transfer surface 3 of the wall body 2 to the heat transfer fluid A may be improved.
