PURPOSE:To lessen clogging of an outer peripheral knife of a blade and also wear of an edge of the outer peripheral knife of the blade and increase processing accuracy by providing a relief channel for the blade on an exclusive processing jig, connecting a dress board material on the front and rear of the point on which a sticked material is positioned on the processing jig or either of the front or rear and then cutting the material to be processed by means of the blade. CONSTITUTION:A peripheral knife of a blade 3 mounted on a processing machine is tooled by a tooling board material 5 and centering the outer peripheral knife is carried out. Then, the outer peripheral knife of the blade 3 is dressed by a dress board material 4. The knifing state of the outer peripheral knife of the blade 3 is adjusted by said process. Then, a processed material 1 and the dress board material 4 are sticked on an exclusive processing jig 6 provided with a relief channel 7 for the blade 3. Then, the material to be processed 1 is sliced by using the blade 3 after the material to be processed 1 sticked on a processing jig 6 is fitted on the processing machine. Clogging of the outer peripheral knife of the blade 3 and dressing of the knife of the outer peripheral blade during the process can be achieved sufficiently by said arrangement to secure processing accuracy.
