METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING DEPTH OF WATER OF SWIMMING POOL

PURPOSE:To adjust the depth of water in accordance with the age group of users and facilitate cleaning by placing a base having erectable/foldable legs on the bottom portion of a swimming pool and erecting the legs to adjust the depth of water while folding the legs leaving the base on the bottom. CONSTITUTION:The upper end portions of the legs 4 are pivotally installed on the corner portions of a base board 5, the lower end portions of the legs 4 are linked together by means of rods 7 and both end portions of the rods 7 are inserted into slotted holes 10 provided on side frames 9 to make the legs 4 revolvable centering around shafts 6. Sliders 12 the top end portions of which are linked to the plungers 15 of an air cylinder 14 are installed revolvably centering around the rods 7, in the vicinity of the rods 7 in the grooves of the side frames 9. The plungers 15 are projected moving the sliders 12 while moving the rods 7 along the slotted holes 10 to erect the legs 4 thereby adjusting the depth of water. On the contrary, the plungers 14 are contracted to fold the legs 4, leaving the base 3 on the bottom portion.
