摘要

PURPOSE:To create a crop having varied amino acid composition and improved nutritive value and flavor by integrating cDNA of glycinin gene in plasmid for plant to obtain recombinant plasmid and introducing into desired plant cell. CONSTITUTION:Gene of glycinin as one of main reserve protein stored in seed of soybean is integrated into plasmid for plant (preferably pLGVneo1103) to prepare recombinant plasmid and introduced into cell of desired plant (preferably tobacco or potato, etc., of Solanaceae plant; rice, etc., of Gramineae plant), then the plant cell is transformed. The introduction is preferably performed in electroporation or through microorganism belonging to Agrobacteria. Preferably foreign promoter is connected to upstream of glycinin gene and foreign terminator is connected to downstream of said gene.
