IRON REINFORCED CONNECTING COUPLING AND IRON REINFORCEMENT ASSEMBLING METHOD

PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly by constituting the title device from a coupling body having a screw-shaped projection part on the outer periphery and an outer cylinder having a screw- shaped recessed groove on the inner periphery and screwingly fitting an outer cylinder onto which a connected iron reinforcement is screwingly fitted onto the inner periphery, onto a coupling body welded onto an iron frame. CONSTITUTION:A screw-shaped projection part 1b is formed on the outer periphery of the shaft part 1a of a coupling body 1 made of casted iron, and a basic part 1b having a welded bevelling 4 is formed on the left side of the shaft part 1a. A screw-shaped recessed groove 2a and a grouting material charging hole 2b which penetrates from the outer periphery to the inner periphery are formed on the inner periphery of an outer cylinder 2 made of casted iron. Then, the basic part 1c of the body 1 is welded at the prescribed position of the vertical surface of an iron frame 5. Then, the outer cylinder 2 is screwingly fitted onto an iron reinforcement 3, and the outer cylinder 2 is screwingly fitted into the shaft part 1a, supporting the iron reinforcement 3, and the iron reinforcement 3 is assembled. A grouting material 6 is poured from the hole 2b, and the parts between the outer cylinder 2, shaft part 1a, and the iron reinforcement 3 are charged with said grouting material 6. Therefore, assembly can be carried out easily and with high precision.
