COMPUTER SURROUNDING SUBSYSTEM AND EXCEPTION EVENT AUTOMATIC DETECTING ANALYZING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE: To detect the trend in an error event by adding a current problem profile record to a problem profile data base unless the current problem profile record matches a problem profile record present in the problem profile data base. CONSTITUTION: When the current problem profile record matches the problem profile record present in the problem profile data base and the problem profile record shows that a service activity is not determined as to covered problems, the present problem profile record is updated and a problem evaluation procedure is called. When the current problem profile record matches none of problem profile records present in the problem profile data base, the current problem profile record is added to the problem profile data base. Consequently, an error event occurring to the computer peripheral subsystem can automatically be detected and analyzed.
