摘要

PURPOSE:To easily edit and prepare a document by referring to a graphical net which is already prepared and assisting the classification of a document which is inputted newly. CONSTITUTION:Document sets are controlled while made to correspond to a graphical net, relative document sets are called by classification items in the graphical net, and assignment to the classification items is corrected or altered to define an item or document set regarding each document. The defined item or document set, on the other hand, is called and the preparation of a new document is assisted by combining documents according to the relation of the classification items of the graphical net. Then, the graphical net which is already prepared is referred to and the classification of the document which is inputted newly is assisted. Consequently, while the casual relation between the documents is inspected, a structuring operation and the assistance of the classification of the new document are facilitated.
