PURPOSE: To obtain an additive consisting of dithiophosphorus heterogeneous bissulfide that simultaneously satisfies the abrasion-resistance, antioxidation and extreme pressure property, by condensating dialkyl dithiophosphinic acid, and S-alkylthio sulfate. ;CONSTITUTION: (A) Dialkyldithiophosphinic acid of formula I [each of R₁, R₂ is H, a (cyclic) hydrocarbon, aromatic, R₄-Z₁-(R₅-Z₂)n-R₅ (each of Z₁, Z₂ is O or S; R₄ is an alkyl; R₅ is an alkylene; n is 0-8); X, Y are O, S or methylene], and S-alkylthiosulfate of formula II (R₃ is the same as R₁ and R₂), are condensated in the presence of a phase moving agent in two-phase medium including water and organic solvent, to obtain the titled additive composed of dithiophosphorus heterogeneous bissulfide of formula III.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
