PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble of mis-ordering and to improve the job efficiency by storing a transfer sender extension number and a transfer destination extension number by the operation of a special number from an extension telephone set being a transfer destination and connecting the transfer sender extension number to a telephone set of the transfer destination extension number when a call comes from the transfer sender extension number. CONSTITUTION:A telephone exchange EX is provided with a CPU storing the transfer sender extension number and the transfer destination extension number to a storage circuit ME by the operation of a special number from an extension telephone set A being the transfer destination and connecting a call given to the transfer sender extension number to a telephone set A of the transfer sender extension number based on an absence transfer registration stored in the storage circuit ME in the presence of the call to the transfer sender extension number and a CPU interface CIF. The CPU in the telephone exchange stores the transfer sender extension number and the transfer destination extension number by the operation of a special number from an extension telephone set being the transfer destination and connects a call given to the transfer sender extension number to the telephone set of the transfer destination extension number based on the absence transfer registration in the presence of the call to the transfer sender extension number.
