摘要

PURPOSE: To simplify assembling and attain high sensitivity by fixing and adhering an optical waveguide body on a sliding rail in lengthwise direction and providing it so that it may form an arc in freely movable state in the intermediate space. CONSTITUTION: An optical waveguide body 1 is fixed/adhered to a guide rail 4 in lengthwise direction, and it forms an arc in freely movable state in the intermediate space part, then it is led to the other guide rail 4' and it is similarly fixed/adhered thereto in lengthwise direction. The fixed part L of the body 1 on the rails 4 and 4' is used as an optical transmission line. The body 1 is led from one end part (connection space) of a plate 2 to the other part (direction changing space) thereof in one side against the vertical axis of the plate 2 and it is looped as U shape for directional change. Further, the body 1 returns in mirror arrangement state in the other side against the vertical axis of the plate 2 and is led to the route, so that the sensitivity of the sensor can be made twice.
