PURPOSE:To synchronize plural input/output devices and to start competitive tests all at once by providing a queue part, where testing tasks whose competitive test preparation is completed are aligned in a waiting state and the waiting state is canceled according to a canceling signal. CONSTITUTION:A task executing part 31 successively executes the respective testing tasks, and successively arranges the testing tasks in a queue part 33 in the sequence staring from the task whose competitive test preparation is completed. At such a time, the respective testing tasks whose testing preparation is completed reset a timer part 32. Further the timer part 32 cancels the queue part 33 all at once after a prescribed competition waiting time, the respective testing tasks execute competitive testing command for the corresponding input/ output devices practically all at once, and respective input/output devices 341 to 34n are synchronized and start the competitive tests. Thus troublesome processings, such as the communication between the tasks and the supervision of the task executing state are made unnecessary, the plural input/output devices are synchronized, and they can start the competitive test all at once.
