PURPOSE: To efficiently wash ballast by feeding pressurized air from the dust container of a track traveling vehicle to a track bed ballast through a pressure conduit, sucking the air after cleaning the roadbed ballast from the periphery of an outlet port, and housing the dust. CONSTITUTION: A track vehicle for cleaning a track bed ballast is formed of a blower fan 15, pressure nozzles 21, 46, a suction port 17, a pressure conduit 20, a suction conduit 12, and a container 13. The pressure nozzles 21, 46 are arranged in the center of the suction port 17, and the air blown off from the center is sucked to the suction port 17 while blowing off the dirt of the track bed ballast, and sent to the container 13 on the truck. The air sucked to the container 13 is sent again to the pressure nozzle 21 by the fan 15 and circulated. According to this, the track bed ballast can be efficiently cleaned.
