CLOTH/ELASTIC RUBBER COMPOSITE MATERIAL PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To provide a composite material product excellent in expanding/contracting property by laminating fiber product and elastic rubber or impregnating the former with the latter, wherein the fiber product consists of cloth, netting, etc., which is formed from a wind thread chiefly containing fibers of high strength synthetic resin and wound round a core spirally. CONSTITUTION:A main material 1 consisting of fibers of high strength synthetic resin such as alamide fiber and nylon fiber is wound spirally round a core 2 consisting of fibers with high stretchability, for ex. rubber or synthetic resin such as polyurethane fiber, and thus a wind thread 3 is formed. Then this wind thread 3 formed into a cloth so as to suit the ground foundation concerned 10, and a sack 20 is formed by using it together with elastic rubber compositely. This sack 20 is inserted into a small hole 11 provided in the ground 10, and fluid 30 is put by pressure into this sack 20 so as to enlarge the dia. of this small hole 11, and the hole wall 12 of the ground foundation 10 in contact with the sack 20 is compacted. Further a hole 13 is filled with sand, soil mortar, etc., to accomplish improvement of the ground foundation. This will provide a large amount of elongation and tensile resistance simultaneously to enable formation of an enlarged hole in compliance with the properties of the ground foundation.
