PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency by implanting a baggy net, in which the root section of a sapling is wrapped as soil is left as it is attached, binding the net with a rope material into a bundling at every interval and implanting the net while being suspended from an upper section. CONSTITUTION:The implanting section of a sapling 3 for vegetation is wrapped into a baggy net 1 as soil is left as it is attached together with fertiled soil and solid manure. A fibrous rope material 2 is bound with the baggy net 1 into a bundling at every fixed interval in implantation at the opening ends of the net 1. The rope material 2 is stretched in the vertical direction by holding pins 6, 7 along the inclined face 5 of the face of a slope, and the baggy net 1 into which the sapling 3 is introduced is hung down from the rope material 2. The net is grounded lightly on the inclined face 5 and fixed to the face 5 by anchor pins 8, and 'soil brought from another place and mixed in the soil' 9 covering the root section of the sapling 3 is sprayed and covered with soil. Accordingly, labor cost can be reduced.
