PURPOSE:To improve thermal efficiency by detecting snowfall above the prescribed level and temperature fall below the prescribed level respectively with a snowfall- detecting sensor and a temperaturefall-detecting sensor, and by transferring heat- carrying liquid heated by a heating device to a heat carrier passage through a circulating pump. CONSTITUTION:Heat-carrying liquid is supplied by a circulating pump 2, communicating with a heating device 1, to heat transfer pipes 31 and 32 installed respectively at the roof surface R and the floor surface F through a heat carrier passage 3, and is returned to the heating device 1. A constant-closure type solenoid valve S1 is installed at a branch passage 3a, communicating with the roof surface R, of the heat carrier passage 3. Snowfall data detected by a snowfalldetecting sensor 4 is transmitted to a control box C and the solenoid valve S1 is actuated thereby to open. Another constant-closure type solenoid valve S2 is installed at a branch passage 3b, communicating with the floor surface F. Temperature fall detected by a thermosensor 51 is transmitted to the control box C and the solenoid valve S2 is actuated thereby to open. With such arrangement of devices, the heat-carrying liquid heated by the heating device 1 is transferred under pressure by the circulating pump 2 and snow-melting and room-heating can be made thereby.
