PURPOSE:To prepare a delicious york-containing food having harmonized texture and taste by joining a food raw material containing frozen and denatured yolk as a main component to any other food raw material. CONSTITUTION:Raw eggs are frozen and subsequently thawed and only the yolks thereof are taken out. The taken-out yolks are joined to any other food raw material selected from ground fish meat, kneaded meat, starch dough, soybean paste, agar solution and gelatin solution. Or, only yolks are taken out from raw eggs, frozen and subsequently thawed to give a pasty yolk dough, which is joined to any food raw material.
