FEED FOR MILCH COW FOR IMPROVING QUALITY OF MILK

PURPOSE:To improve ratio of milk fat by blending a feed raw material containing a plant alkaloid consisting of a caffeine and/or theobromine with a feed. CONSTITUTION:A feed raw material containing a plant alkaloid consisting of one or two or more kind selected from cacao bean, coffee bean, cacao skin and coffee skin and/or theobromine is blended with a feed for a milch cow at an amount of 0.05-0.6wt.% to provide the feed for milch cow. Then the feed is fed to the milch cow so that amount of the plant alkaloid is 4-10g/head dally.
