PURPOSE:To reduce the length of a belt and to facilitate the replacement of belts to aim as enhancing the ability of working, by allowing a lower belt to approach a first panel arranged on a frame to remove the lower belt and by allowing an upper belt to approach a third panel in the upper section of a second panel arranged on the frame to remove the upper belt. CONSTITUTION:During replacement of an upper belt, a bearing 18 for a roller 17 is removed from a first panel 2, and is fixed to screw holes in a third panel 6. Further, a belt is removed and supported on belt exchanging bars 26 which has been secured to the panel 6. At this time an upper heater 27 is secured also to the panel 6. Then, the upper belt may be removed from rollers 17, 22 on the outside of the panel 6. The bus removed belt 16 is stretched between the bars 26. Then, the bars 26 are unloaded, and the panel 6 is set on a second panel 4. The upper belt 16 is removed from the bars 26,and new upper belt 16 is stretched between the bars 26. Then the above-mentioned steps are performed in the reverse order. On the hand, during replacement of a lower belt 8, the roller 20 and a controller are removed from a panel 4, and the belt 8 is removed before the panel 2 being removed 4, and the belt 8 is removed before the panel 2 being removed from a frame 1, and the bars 26 are secured to the panel 2. Thereafter, the lower belt 8 is replaced with new one.
