PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of scaling and clogging in an air discharge port and to generate fine air bubbles by providing a water supply pipe enclosing the outer peripheral part of the air discharge end of an air supply pipe. CONSTITUTION:An absorbent slurry circulating tank 9 of an exhaust gas desulfurizing device is disposed with the air supply main pipe 10 behind an impeller 11 of a stirrer 6 and a water injecting outside cylinder 25 to the outer peripheral part thereof and is further mounted with an outside cylinder water injecting pipe 12 and an inside cylinder water injecting pipe 13. Air 7 for oxidation contains the water injected from the injecting pipe 13 and is discharged to the impeller 11 side at the time when said air flows into the air supply main pipe 10 and, therefore, the supply air is kept always in a wet state and the scaling in the main pipe 10 is prevented. The supply water from the injecting pipe 12 is ejected from the outside cylinder 5 and moves the contact boundary of the slurry admitted by the intrusion of the slurry to the base pipe 10 side and the air to the side nearer the impeller 11 than the front end of the main pipe 10 by the air discharge flow and the revolution of the stirrer, thus preventing the scaling at the front end part of the main pipe 10.
