PURPOSE:To improve the shearing yield strength of a pillar/beam junction and improve the stress transmission between a pillar and a beam by fitting a shear reinforcing plate to the end section of the beam in contact with the concrete surface of the pillar in the pillar/beam junction. CONSTITUTION:A shear reinforcing plate 7 is fitted to the end section of a beam 6 in a pillar/beam junction between a pillar 1 made of steel framed reinforced concrete or steel framed concrete and the beam 6 made of a steel frame material. The shear reinforcing plate 7 is fitted in contact with the concrete 5 surface of the pillar 1. Reinforcing ribs 8 are provided on the shear reinforcing plate 7 as required.
