PACKAGE INSPECTOR FOR ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

PURPOSE:To shorten inspection time and reduce misjudgment as well by arranging a camera means to take a picture of an electronic circuit substrate having a through hole for mounting electronic components and a comparison means to compare an image signal of the camera means with a reference signal while the back of the electronic circuit substrate is taken by the camera means. CONSTITUTION:An electronic circuit substrate 2 having a lead terminal of an electronic component 1 mounted to a through hole for mounting is held on an inspection substrate holder 6 with the back thereof upward through a position regulating guide 7. The electronic circuit substrate 2 is irradiated with light from the mounting side of the electronic component 1 with a projector 8. An image signal of a TV camera 3 as camera means is inputted into a decision device 12 as measuring signal to be compared with a reference signal read from a memory means 5 by a comparison means 4 and the results of the comparison is displayed on a monitor 13.
