PURPOSE:To eliminate a distortion in a current waveform of a 3-phase motor even if a controllability exceeds '1' by superposing 3-phase distortion waves on a carrier (basic wave of a triangular wave) to calculate data of a PWM waveform in a method of calculating the PWM waveform of an inverter control. CONSTITUTION:Distortion waves of U-, V- and W-phases become linear in the vicinity of its peak, and are deformed at the other parts in response to the difference from the linear line. The distortion waves of the U-, V- and W-phases are relatively the same values as those of a sine wave. The U-phase distortion wave 3 is superposed on the carrier (basic wave of a triangular wave) is superposed to obtain a U-phase voltage waveform (pulse train) at that time.
