NC CONTROLLER FOR MACHINE TOOL HAVING TEACHING PLAYBACK FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To automatically reproduce trial working by generating automatically a program by an NC language, based on function information inputted at the time of trial working by a manual operation, and operating a machine tool by this program. CONSTITUTION:Trial cutting of a work is performed by a manual operation. In this case, function information such as an off-state of a spindle, a supply state of cutting oil, fast forward speed of the spindle, etc., is inputted. Also, a start point and an end point of a locus of the main spindle are inputted from a pointing instructing part 7, and by using it as a trigger, positions of the start point and the end point are inputted to a locus normalizing part 9 from a servo- mechanism part 4. A program generating part 11 generates a program by an NC language by these input values, and stores it in an NC language file part 12. Based on this program, the servo-mechanism part 4 is controlled by a numerical control part 13.
