DOUBLE INPUT SYSTEM FOR HEAT/ELECTRIC POWER FEEDER

PURPOSE:To eliminate malfunction of a protect circuitbreaker by providing a bus circuitbreaker for separating a load and opening the circuitbreaker based on the reverse power flow from generator side to power receiving facility side. CONSTITUTION:Power is received from three feeders 11, 12, 13 and fed through power receiving disconnecting switches 21, 22, 23 and transformers 31, 32, 33 to a low voltage network bus 7. A heat/electric power supplier 10 is provided as a non-utility generating facility, and a transformer side bus 7A is sectioned from a generator side bus 7B through a circuitbreaker 11. Normally, the circuitbreaker 11 is thrown in and a generator 10 is operated. Upon detection of counter power flow, a bus coupling relay 12 trips the circuitbreakers 11 and 14. By such arrangement, malfunction of protection relay can be eliminated.
