PURPOSE:To lighten and compact an equipment, and to improve reliability by installing a second reinforcement for coupling first reinforcements respectively mounted on the side plates of the long sides of a tank in the tank near the upper end of a lower tank, supporting the content of a transformer to the upper section of the second reinforcement and arranging a no-voltage tap changer in the lower space of the second reinforcement. CONSTITUTION:A transformer tank is divided into upper and lower sections at a specified position lower than the center in the height direction, a second reinforcement 21 for connecting first reinforcements 4 respectively set up to the side plates of the long sides of the tank in the tank is fitted near the upper end of a lower tank, the contents of transformers 1, 2 are supported in the upper section of the second reinforcement 21 by using the second reinforcement 21, and a no-voltage tap changer 5 is arranged into the lower space of the second reinforcement 21. Consequently, since the rigidity of the tank is increased by the second reinforcement 21 combining a content frame, a connecting reinforcement 22 can be shortened while using the long-side side-plate reinforcements having the same rigidity as conventional devices, and the cross size of the transformer can be reduced largely. Accordingly, the size and weight of an equipment can be minimized, and reliability can be improved.
