DUST-FREE WIPER CLOTH FOR OIL-AND WATER-SOLUBLE DIRT

PURPOSE:To obtain a dust-free wiper cloth suitable for wiping oily and water mixed dirt by giving a hydrophilic agent to a knit of polyester and polyamide fiber in which extra fine fiber of the single yarn side under a specific value is included more than a specific rate. CONSTITUTION:This wiper cloth is a knit of polyester and, or polyamide fiber in which 20wt.% or more extra fine fiber of the single yarn side under 0.7 denier is included and is given a hydrophilic agent. For example, structure interlock (weight 85g/m2) is created using fibrilation type compound fiber of polyester and polyamide of 50 denier/25 filament, and dipped in an aqueous solution of 10% benzyl alcohol, and wrung, water bathed and dried. By this processing, the compound fiber is fibrilated and is a fine knit goods with 180g/m2 weight as polyamide is shrunk. This one is dipped in an aqueous disperse system containing 0.3wt.% hydrophilic agent and exhausted at 130 deg.C for 60 minutes and dried. The wiper cloth can be obtained in this way.
